Sportsworld Celebrates 45 Years in Business

Sportsworld, a pioneering sports hospitality and VIP travel business that forms part of Destination Sport Group, is celebrating its 45th anniversary.

Since its inception in 1980, Sportsworld has delivered its unique travel and hospitality services at 1,600+ major sporting events, taking fans, sponsors, and corporations to some of the world’s biggest sporting events. From the FIFA World Cup to the Olympic Games, the Wimbledon Championships, and UEFA Champions League finals, Sportsworld has helped over 1 million people witness sporting history over the past four and a half decades.

Sportsworld became part of Destination Sport Group in 2023, strengthening the group’s comprehensive offering by providing hospitality, VIP travel and event services to its global client base. In addition to its presence at major sports events, Sportsworld has longstanding partnerships with governing bodies and elite clubs including The FA and Manchester City.
