Destination Sport Group is delighted to announce a new multi-year partnership with England Lacrosse, becoming the national governing body’s Official Travel Partner.
As part of the agreement, Destination Sport Group’s travel management division, Destination Sport Travel, will deliver comprehensive team and business travel services to England Lacrosse’s national teams and staff. This will include the management of all future overseas travel for England and British Lacrosse’s men’s and women’s teams, covering international fixtures, tournaments and competitions.
In addition, England Lacrosse will benefit from dedicated day-to-day business travel support for staff and executives, alongside the coordination of individual player movements for internationally based athletes.
The partnership will also see Destination Sport Group’s youth tours division, inspiresport, play a key role in supporting the growth of the game at the grassroots level. Inspiresport will deliver official England Lacrosse playing tours, designed to inspire the next generation of players.
These programmes will include outbound tours for UK schools and grassroots teams travelling to leading lacrosse nations such as the United States and Canada, as well as inbound tours welcoming overseas teams to the UK. Inbound experiences will be centred around senior international fixtures and will feature mini-tournaments, elite coaching clinics with national coaches, matchday experiences and cultural activities, all supported by a dedicated in-destination representative.
