Destination Sport Travel is delighted to announce a continued partnership with Tottenham Hotspur.
Initially founded as Clarity Sports in 2019, Destination Sport Travel is the UK’s leading travel provider for elite sports clubs and organisations.
Destination Sport Travel’s experienced team is supporting Tottenham Hotspur with this season’s European trips in the UEFA Champions League, having delivered travel and logistical support throughout pre-season.
As the Premier League’s greenest club and a signatory of the UN Sports for Climate Action Framework, Tottenham Hotspur is committed to halving its carbon footprint by 2030 and becoming net zero carbon by 2040.
Through the partnership, Destination Sport Travel is committed to working with the Club to measure, manage and report on travel emissions, with the objective to reduce emissions where possible and identify sustainable team travel options.
Destination Sport Travel will also work with the Club to offset emissions where possible via the purchase of carbon credits verified by the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
Todd Kline, Chief Commercial Officer of Tottenham Hotspur, said: “The first-class services that Destination Sport Travel provided us during our recent pre-season travels were invaluable and we are pleased to be able to count on their support during a season of European football.”
Rob Slawson, Managing Director of Destination Sport Travel, said: “The 22/23 season promises to be an exciting one for Tottenham Hotspur and we’re delighted to be supporting the Club on its return to the UEFA Champions League.
“Competing in European football brings a range of complex travel challenges which is where we step in.
“Our experienced team will ensure that the Club’s travel is delivered to the highest standards, ensuring the players and staff can focus their attentions on the on-pitch action.
“This also typifies the type of holistic partnership we’re able to offer to a Club via Destination Sport Group with the delivery of specialist team and business travel via Destination Sport Travel, plus official ticket and hotel breaks via our market-leading supporter travel brand Sportsbreaks.com.”
